Email us with the app version, iOS version, the language selected in Settings and a brief description of what happened. Share only the details needed to explain the issue.

Read and study

Choose your reading language in Settings. Tap a verse to explore its cross-references. Study sessions and notes are saved on your device; reopen the same session to continue. Local reading and private notes do not require an account.

AI assistance

AI requires Sign in with Apple, an active AI subscription, an internet connection and your sharing permission. The app shows the current allowance and reset date. If a request fails, its reserved allowance is restored. AI can make mistakes: compare an answer with the passage and its context.

Manage an Apple subscription

Use Restore Purchases in Verbum if an existing subscription is missing. Use Apple’s subscription settings to manage renewal or cancellation. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Delete or export your data

Use the journal’s export action for a copy of local study data. Settings offers separate controls for erasing local data and deleting the server account. Contact us if a deletion request reports an error.

Maps, journeys and scenes

Open Visual study from a verse, a book or a saved study. Select a journey stop, then Places to see the selected marker or approximate area. A place mentioned in a verse is not automatically the scene’s setting.

Illustrations require Verbum Visual, Apple sign-in, a connection and sharing consent. If a connection is interrupted, use Recover pending illustration rather than starting again. Recovery does not create another paid image. Saved illustrations remain accessible after cancellation. Visual includes the AI plan, with separate text and illustration allowances.

Restoring after an update or reinstall

Sign in with the same Apple account in Verbum, then use Restore purchases. Existing registered purchases are recovered from Apple using your server account without a new purchase. The monthly usage count is preserved. Sandbox subscriptions renew and expire on an accelerated test schedule; their expiry is independent of remaining answers. The account reference shown on the membership page helps identify a support request.

Custom plans with AI

Describe your goal, choose 1–30 days and explicitly allow sharing with OpenAI. Review the proposed passages and original AI meditations before saving. Both AI and Visual subscriptions include this feature; one completed generated plan uses one monthly answer. Manual assembly and reading saved plans use no AI credits. If the app closes during preparation, reopen the saved draft and choose Recover my plan.

Prayer, saints and Bible editions

The calendar follows the Roman Rite in Italy. Novenas and devotional periods are voluntary; fasting and abstinence entries explain the applicable CEI norms and exemptions. Local dispensations are not tracked. Calendar dates currently cover 2026–2027. In Settings, choose the app language and then a Bible edition available in that language. Some editions contain fewer books; the app explains when a passage is not included.
